Damaged Goods:

Lila Lila strives to ensure that you are as happy as possible with your purchases. We carefully check all orders, prior to dispatch. However, unfortunately items can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control.

All goods should be inspected immediately by the customer upon receipt and we should be notified by telephone on +44 (0) 207 794 8792 or email at info@lila-lila.com within 7 days if the goods are damaged. If we are not contacted within 7 days the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

If the goods are damaged, the Goods shall be returned by the customer to us within 28 days of delivery. We strongly recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The customer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund if the Goods are in fact defective.

Unwanted Goods:

Lila Lila entitles everyone of our customers to a 7 working day 'cooling off' period from the day after you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within the 7 working day period (Tel: +44 (0) 207 794 8792 or Email us at info@lila-lila.com).

The customer will be responsible for returning the items including the cost of postage. Again we strongly recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. These refunds will be made within 30 days from the cancellation date, less the cost of postage & packaging costs. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the original purchasing card

Please remember to give us your details such as your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt/email when returning the items.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the customer's fault the customer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
