We have made the purchasing system very simple for our customers. You simply
look through our collections, click on any items you wish to buy and put
them into your basket. When you have finished your selection, you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When
this process is complete:
- You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order an soon
as your order has been received.
- You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 5 working days of
your order being processed.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to
purchase Goods pursuant to the Terms and Conditions and are subject to
acceptance by Lila Lila. Lila Lila may choose not to accept an order for any
reason.
Where the Goods ordered by the customer are not available from stock the
customer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the
Goods are available from or cancel the order and receive a full refund
within 28 days.
